Travel Management Supervisor (12 Positions)

Location:  Remote/Hybrid Details

About the Role

We are seeking 12 experienced Travel Management Supervisors to support a large‑scale government program. These leaders will oversee global travel operations, ensure compliance with federal or corporate travel policies, and manage high‑volume travel activity across multiple regions. Positions are contingent upon contract award.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise day‑to‑day travel operations for domestic and international travel.

  • Lead a team of travel coordinators or specialists, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely service delivery.

  • Oversee global travel arrangements including air, lodging, ground transportation, visas, and travel documentation.

  • Ensure adherence to government or corporate travel policies, including audit readiness and reporting requirements.

  • Resolve escalated travel issues, irregular operations, and urgent travel changes.

  • Monitor travel metrics, performance indicators, and cost‑saving opportunities.

  • Support implementation of travel systems, tools, and process improvements.

  • Maintain strong communication with program leadership and government counterparts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of travel management experience, including global travel oversight.

  • Demonstrated experience supervising or leading a travel operations team.

  • Strong understanding of travel logistics, international travel requirements, and vendor management.

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced, compliance‑driven environment.

  • Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and customer service skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting government travel programs (e.g., DTS, ETS2, GSA travel regulations, per diem rules).

  • Background working with federal contractors or government agencies.

  • Experience with global corporate travel programs if government experience is not available.

  • Familiarity with travel management systems, reporting tools, and audit processes.
