Position Summary:
The Operations Director is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operational functions of the corporate travel division. This role ensures seamless service delivery, operational efficiency, and profitability. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in corporate travel management, technology platforms (GDS, OBTs), team leadership, and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Leadership
Lead and manage the operations team across multiple locations or regions.
Oversee the delivery of travel services to corporate clients, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met or exceeded.
Optimize processes and workflows to improve efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
