Manager of Accounting- Responsibilities will encompass the back-office support of the daily accounting transactions associated with the booking of travel. This involves the tracking of sales, refunds, commissions, debit memos, outside and inside agent support, AR, AP reconciliation of, accounts payable as well as monthly tasks that include payroll and corporate reporting.
The ideal candidate will be based at our corporate office in So FL, however, will consider a hybrid or fulling remote role for the right person
Qualifications:
A minimum of 1 year of experience submitting the ARC weekly report and the associated daily
reconciliation
- Proficiency in TRAMS (or similar travel agency back-office system) and IAR
- Adaptable to perform various duties as required.
- Exhibits diplomacy and tact when dealing colleagues, and clients.
- Possesses a courteous and professional telephone demeanor.
- Attention to detail
- Exceptional problem-solving skills.
- Multilingual skills are advantageous.
- Advanced level of English proficiency in both verbal and written communication, with a
Strong command of English grammar.
- Proficient in computer software applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
