We are seeking an energetic, passionate and enthusiastic Travel Reservation Sales Agent. This role will be responsible for building new Elite clientele and maintain relationship with our current customers by providing the best travel deals in the industry, while delivering the highest level of customer service. There isn’t a better time to join our growing team in New York! Responsibilities: Providing our clients with the best travel arrangements. Offering prompt, accurate and courteous service to clients. Assist clients with online & offline reservations. Responding to client questions, concerns and billing inquiries with the highest degree of professionalism. Securing new client sales and retention through exceptional customer service and building your own brand. Requirements: Background Current or recent travel agency/airline experience; consolidator experience highly preferred. 3-5 years of GDS experience (SABRE and/or Amadeus) Skills of client management and retention. Outbound calling experience, dealing new and existing clients Skills Proficient with fare rules Excellent interpersonal and verbal/written communication skills. Must be a strong team player.
