Travel Advisor + Cruise Specialist

The Luxury Travel Agency in Nashville (Green Hills) is seeking a Senior Luxury Travel Advisor with a strong luxury travel background and significant cruise experience to help lead and grow our Nashville office. This role is ideal for someone who can act as the on-site lead when ownership is out of the office (3–4 months per year, increasing over time) and who is eager to grow into a management position.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as senior advisor and operational lead in the Nashville office

• Design and manage complex, high-end luxury itineraries worldwide

• Play a key role in growing and supporting our cruise business (ocean, river, and expedition)

• Maintain preferred relationships with top luxury hotels, cruise lines, and suppliers

• Deliver exceptional service to high-net-worth clients before, during, and after travel

• Support advisor mentoring and contribute to team development

• Drive repeat business, referrals, and revenue growth

Ideal Candidate

• Proven experience as a Luxury Travel Advisor (required)

• Strong cruise knowledge and sales experience — ocean, river, and/or expedition (highly preferred)

• Confident leader able to operate independently and make decisions

• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and client-focused

• Sales-driven with a history of repeat and referral business

• Interested in growing into a management role
