Overview:
To make professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for all clients within the company ’s guidelines and standards for excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
Experience with or ability to learn our GDS system. SABRE
Knowledge to make domestic and international travel arrangements, including air, car, hotel, and limo
Ticketing, including exchange ticketing
Keeping up to date with airline policies
The ability to read and decipher airline contracts and private fares
Keeping abreast of airline alliance programs
Knowledge of rental car reward programs and hotel frequent guest programs and benefits of each status level rewards given
Follow all company procedures, guidelines, and standards in customer service, productivity, attendance, and accuracy of work.
