Senior Site Administrator - Sabre and Concur Experience Required
Responsible for development and customization of all online booking systems functions and features for online travel, from ordering sites, accessing and navigating the custom subsite, completing a reservation (air, hotel and car) using the custom subsite, to confirming the completed record (PNR) was placed on the agency’s GDS (Global Distribution System) queue for finishing and ticketing.
Leads a client customization discussion at the beginning of the implementation process. Analyzes the data gather during this call as well the customer’s written travel policy in order to give recommendations on best practices and outlines limitations for the online policy set up. Provides these details to the customer liaison for discussion.
Conducts a Site Review with the customer towards the end of the project, outlining the site setup discussed throughout the implementation process and making any requested changes.
Responsible for the normalization of profile data for the list of initial users.
Creates, manages, and maintains customized subsites for each client
Administers and maintains client specific custom databases.
Perform Site Quality Assurance (e.g., site reviews, site optimization audits).
Perform tool demonstrations as part of the sales process.
Perform other duties as assigned.
