To support all of our respective star level agents by helping them develop their knowledge of the tools available, providing training and assistance that will show them how to grow their business and coaching them to be successful.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and email inquiries providing assistance as needed.
  • Communicate new business initiatives, promotional offers, CP Vacation Packages and other information that will assist in growing the business
  • Develop material that can be used for post training webinars, on-going educational webinars & other training/revenue opportunities
  • Assist with updating training documents and ESource material to ensure the accuracy of the content.
  • Based on franchise business needs, recommend a plan or products that will help their business grow and align with Cruise Planners HO goals.
  • Assist agent on calls/emails with creating marketing plans, developing group business or building upon the agent’s client data base to generate revenue opportunities.
  • Work with marketing team and use marketing calendar to ensure franchisee is aware of upcoming marketing opportunities
  • Direct star levels to CP Pod so they can market themselves to new clients or existing clients with supplier promotions.
  • Other related duties as needed.


  • Must have excellent verbal communication, customer service skills, problem solving ability, marketing knowledge, listening skills and ability to multi-task
  • Must be well organized
  • Knowledge of social media and email programs (i.e. Facebook, Twitter, Outlook)
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills
  • Knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Analytical skills necessary for interpreting data and setting goals relevant to the data
  • Travel Industry experience required
  • Bi-Lingual preferred
