Compleat Developer- Process Improvement-

TMC is seeking a Process Improvement- Compleat Developer

Working and reporting to the Director of Technology, below is the primary function of the role

•       Meet with internal departments to review opportunities for efficiencies in the areas of:
•       Agent processing speed
•       Reducing agent touch count
•       Reporting accuracy
•      Manual back-office processes
•      Opportunities to make customer process more efficient 
•       Work with our internal Web development department 
•       Create new booking processes using SQL, Compleat and other APIs
•       Create efficiencies in our Compleat Workflow
•      Review duplications that need to be consolidated and standardized.
•       Analyze unused processes.
•       Knowledge of the GDS  

Candidates must be hands-on and well versed in area areas of the Compleat Program including:

Expense Management

Procurement and Supplier Management

Approval Workflows

Data Integration and Analytics

Policy Compliance

Supplier invoicing
