Operations Technology Specialist

Overall, this position requires someone with great technical skills with a technical mind who
- Manages the development of Advisor efficiencies and processes, including but not limited to any GDS, Worldspan/Travelport, scripting, quality control, duty of care, integration with accounting
- Assists with technical training and support of Travel One clients, employees, and IC’s
- Supports our phone system, remote servers, and other technology needs
- Manages our technology vendor relationships
- Assists with the implementation of new clients and new technologies
- Assists with the implementation of new Travel One employees and IC’s
- Provides technical and navigational expertise for selected online booking tools
- Provides training for selected online booking tools
- Evaluates current and emerging travel technology compared to the needs of our clients and business
- Backs-up domestic and international Advisor phone lines, when necessary
- Assists with other duties as assigned by the Leadership Team
- Must be proficient in Concur Travel Tool/ Online booking tools.
