THIS IS A HYBRID BASED POSITION. CANDIDATE WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK IN THE OFFICE IN W. HOLLYWOOD AS WELL AS AT HOME. MUST BE BASED IN THIS AREA
Our Hollywood based client is seeking a travel coordinator to work as a Hybrid role in the home and office.
The coordinator is responsible for handling the ground transportation and logistics as well as schedules in addition to travel booking. The coordinator will work with the team lead, who will be the main contact person with the client, in charge of managing the team, primary onsite contact for travel when required.
Strong Customer Service Skills
Sabre knowledge is preferred
Team oriented
Self Motivated
Ability to multi-task and work in a fast based environment.
Knowledge of the Entertainment Industry a plus!
