As part of the team, you will assist corporate travel advisors with the administrative duties required to support and maintain a robust travel program. Also, you will assist the Director of Business Travel and the Operations Manager in analysis of travel data, report management, online booking tool implementation and maintenance along with staying robust with all business travel technologies. 




  • 5+ years’ experience in a travel agency environment, travel agency administration, Travel Agent, corporate travel management company, vendor/supplier management, procurement, data analytics & reporting, on-line booking tool
  • Ability to execute sound judgment and apply logic in high-pressure fast-pace environment.
  • High level of problem solving and analytical skills.
  • Technology savvy with Microsoft Office applications including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, & Outlook;
  • Experience in administration support functions
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills
  • Strong written, oral and electronic communication skills with customers and company personnel
  • Ability to effectively work individually and in a team environment
  • Perform duties and special requests as assigned by management and advisors
  • Oversee confidential and extremely time-sensitive applications under strict deadlines
  • Inquisitive mindset, positive attitude with natural drive for taking initiative and getting things done




  • Knowledge of Corporate Travel Operations and travel industry products
  • Experience and knowledge with corporate online booking tools (Deem and Concur)
  • Experience with unused ticket tracking software
  • Hands on experience with GDS Software installation and support
  • 5 years of experience with Worldspan GDS
  • Experience with Grasp reports
  • Experience working with mid-office platforms
  • Experience working with back office platforms
  • Ability to provide step-by-step technical help, both written and verbal
  • Knowledge of hotel contracts and credit card authorization forms
  • Desire to work with advisors, customers, suppliers, industry support teams and upper management
