Essential Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Qualify inquiring clients and conduct investigatory conversations and to identify specific desires
  • Ensure timely, robust responses to all questions and deadlines for the exchange of information with clients
  • Conduct research in the public domain as well as with unique industry publications and resources to build options tailored for clients’ needs
  • Occasional travel to become familiar with particular products and destinations
  • Prepare itineraries and other travel documents for flawless execution of clients’ experience
  • Receive payment from clients and make payments to various travel vendors
  • Attend trade shows and presentations, both local and out-of-state, to increase knowledge and experience with product

  • Proven tactical, procedural experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Common business acumen and general understanding of revenue, expense, and profit
  • Willingness and ability to travel

  • Sincere interest and confidence in working with best-in-class product and the commensurate expectations of clients familiar with such products
  • Comfort in dealing with demanding clientele with discriminating tastes and preferences
