Professional, experienced travel manager to improve customer service, efficiency and professionalism in our agency sales team.
Manager must be full-time, in-house and highly "present" to move our agents to the next level of customer service and *full* service travel consultants. Current plan is to get all agents qualified as CTAs or CTCs and increase our FIT sales to our existing high-value, past-clients list who've traveled with us on our CME Cruise Conferences (our main line of business).
Manager will be expected to handle some overflow business during peak months (cruise wave season and occasional other peaks); we seek to minimize this need until our agents meet our professionalism desires.
Once all is to the level we seek, manager may also be charged (if and after the above project is well underway) with improving the efficiency of our in-house administration of our small outside-agents group to allow us to expand that group of salespeople.
