Job Description

The ideal candidate should have a diverse background in the travel industry with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in Operations, Mid office/Quality control, Product support & Business intelligence. 

This is a hands-on role that will include both day-to-day product support management responsibilities and working in tandem with the Product integration manager & Executive Director of Travel Technology with strategic planning & implementations and ongoing product support, to deliver world-class travel technology products.

  • Sabre & Worldspan support:
    • Sabre & Worldspan GDS support & training
    • Strong experience on the Sabre GDS Platform; including web services 
    • Professional automation experience with Sabre 
    • Experience with SabreScribe 
    • Use the Sabre applications to automate aspects of agent workflow 
    • Hands-on scripting experience to improve quality control at the point-of-sale 
    • Knowledge of SabreQikDeveloper apps
    • The ability to work closely with team members and have clear communication and ability to teach.
  • SAP Concur, administrative support
    • SAP Concur product customization as required to meet client needs, which includes coordination of data integration data extraction into the SAP Concur application, creation of customized online Profile solutions for new or existing clients, facilitate the extraction of Profile data from the GDS to an online application.
    • Conduct technical implementations of customer specific policies, agreements, preferred vendors into online application products.
    • Perform Quality Assurance of Online implementations, which includes site reviews, testing, troubleshooting problems through to resolution.
    • Conduct SAP Concur product training as needed.
    • Ensure best-practice and latest functionality is applied to all SAP Concur sites.
    • Sharing SAP release notes with Executive & senior management and communicating outages/disruptions etc.
    • Assist in driving increased online adoption & maintaining reports.
  • Mid-office/Quality Assurance
    • Experience with mid-office products
    • Planning and building mid-office requirements to decrease the need for manual touch and to ensure decreased errors, increased automation & productivity.
    • Will work closely with all departments through the automation & testing of quality control process to ensure accuracy and the desired result.
    • Provide analytical support and recommendations
  • Other product support: Mantic Point, MagnaTech, TripCase, Res Rules, & Scripting


  • Strong corporate travel operational experience and background
  • Experience with Sabre, Worldspan, Online Booking Tools (SAP Concur Travel), Mid-Office Quality Control Systems, Scripting, Business intelligence.
  • Proven record of successful product support & working across departments to with achieving product releases and winning launches  
  • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams to define applications and tools and manage them through the entire product life cycle
  • Ability to work independently, as well as in a team environment
  • High energy/high focus
  • Ability to juggle many competing priorities/deadlines
  • Strong technical background combined with solid travel industry experience
