 Travel Professional Objectives:  Expertly handle all aspects of a travel request from start to finish, while building positive working relationships with the clients. Individuals must focus on delivering exceptional and professional customer service at all times.

Corporate:  To facilitate professional, accurate, cost-effective travel arrangements for all clients within their company’s guidelines and standards of excellence for customer service.

 Leisure: To professionally handle inbound sales calls and leads from prospective travelers, identify their needs and provide them with the ideal vacation.

 Skill Requirements:

  • 2 – 3 years Corporate or Leisure experience preferred
  • Experience and proficiency with SABRE GDS system preferred
  • Experience with Client Base a PLUS
  • Professional and solid communication skills – both written and verbal
  • Superior customer service skills – providing white glove service
  • Strong attention to detail / conscientiousness / flexibility
  • Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
  • Receptive to training opportunities – a willingness to learn new functions and to enhance existing skills
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment
  • Dependable attendance

 Salary commensurate with experience
