A commitment to delivering a high level of service is essential. The position requires both flexibility and availability in order to serve a global business spanning various time zones. The ideal individual is extremely detail-oriented and capable of juggling numerous workstreams at different stages. The ideal individual is self-sufficient but excels as part of a team and enjoys collaborating and working interdependently. We offer excellent benefits and a highly competitive compensation package.   Responsibilities: Partner with consultants to satisfy travel needs Booking worldwide air, train, hotel, and ground transportation reservations Ticketing (issuing, void, refund & exchange) Coordinating information with the travel and scheduling team Preparing detailed weekly itineraries for consultants' travel to meet our clients' needs Ongoing availability to fully own and manage international travel in various time zones Adhering to Gap International and client contract and travel guidelines VIP agent experience a plus   Skills: Advanced skills with Sabre GDS and travel system expertise required Comprehensive industry knowledge Exceptional customer service and care Planning and prioritizing Strong attention to detail is required Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills Professional and polished with strong verbal and written communication skills Managing interpersonal relationships Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications   Essential Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree Minimum of 7+ years' experience in the corporate travel management industry
