We are a privately held company with a wealth of experience in all facets of emergency travel services management.   With the US travel agency market shrinking by the acquisitions of the “mega” agencies, emergency travel has often been absorbed by huge call centers that remove the personalized nature of the service. ETS remains one of the oldest and most secure players in the after-hours segment. 
 
Our approach to after-hours travel is based on the premise that we are an extension of the daytime service.  As such our staff will be trained on the client’s individual needs so as to perform a seamless service in every way.
