Provides mid-office development and support for accounts, regions & departments. Acts as automation specialist & provides maintenance, development and testing.
This role reports to Ops Lead, Automation Specialist.
Provide scope of incoming request and assess feasibility of request
Develop and maintain web services connections to third party software in Compleat midoffice
Implement touchless file finishing for accounts on various online booking tools
Assess and resolve runtime errors
Checking SQL queues / queries
Communicate IT issues with appropriate departments
Work scheduled and unscheduled outages to maintain customer satisfaction and ensure application functionality is in place.
On-Call support when scheduled
Test application releases
Participate in scheduled meetings and special projects as assigned
Work and manage all requests submitted to Support Mailbox
Prioritize workload based upon urgency of requests
Ensure all communication to internal and external customers is presented timely and accurately
Respond to requests while meeting and maintaining Mid Office SLAs.
Provide weekly department updates to leadership
2-4 years’ experience programming in Compleat midoffice tool
Ability to thoroughly understand the reservation process and impact to automation on new processes
Strong organization skills - ability to handle multiple projects and tasks
Excellent communication Skills – Verbal and Written required
Must be self-motivated and willing to accept change
Must take ownership of all assigned tasks and project related assignments
Willingness to learn and work with new applications
Ability to pay attention to detail
Knowledge of 3rd party products i.e. online booking tools, booking builder
100% proficient in Microsoft Office including: Word, PowerPoint and Excel
Must be willing to travel 10-20%
College degree preferred
