The incumbent in this position is responsible for planning itineraries, arranging accommodations and other travel services for the Seminole Tribe of Florida’s elected officials, executives, management staff, Tribal Members, employees and other customers as directed. High School Diploma or equivalent GED is required. A minimum of three (3) years of experience as a Certified Travel Agent, processing and ticketing corporate leisure and group bookings is required. Must have firsthand experience and extensive knowledge of various tour and cruise operators and their destinations. Must be customer service driven, possess knowledge of SABRE and have prior corporate travel experience, both domestic and international. Experience in the use of scripts is helpful, as well as experience in meeting and event planning; ARC Certified Specialist is preferred. Must demonstrate proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and Outlook. Must be team oriented and also be able to work independently. Must have a strong work ethic and focus on customer service. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays and on call as necessary.
