ADC & HAS Airports Worldwide (ADC&HAS) is a privately-held multi-national company with a proven track record of successful investment, development and operations of privatized airports. The Company’s operations span the globe with its headquarters in Houston and offices in Costa Rica, Ecuador, Vietnam, Philippines and South Korea.

ADC&HAS brings together the operational “D.N.A.” and technical resources of the Houston Airport System (HAS), the airport privatization experience of Airport Development Corporation (ADC), and the financial strength of the Ontario Municipal Employees Retirement System (OMERS) – one of Canada’s largest pension plans.

Currently, ADC&HAS has equity participation and Operations & Management (O&M) contracts in the following airports:

+Mariscal Sucre International Airport (UIO), Quito, Ecuador
+Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO), San Jose, Costa Rica
+Daniel Oduber Quiros International Airport (LIR), Liberia, Costa Rica
+Cheongju International Airport (CJJ), Cheongju, South Korea
+New Quito International Airport (NQIA), Quito, Ecuador (scheduled to open February 2013 and will replace the Mariscal Sucre International Airport)

ADC&HAS will invest in, develop and operate airports globally with a primary focus in the Americas and Asia, and opportunistically in the Rest of the World.
