Air Travel Manager – Brief Synopsis
Initially you will learn how RR handles Air Travel, and will work with some clients to understand the unique markets and processes we have developed. You would communicate with clients to determine itinerary, air travel needs, financial considerations, study routes, regulations, consider costs and availability, and the convenience of different types of carriers, to select the most advantageous route and carrier. Because we negotiate group travel fares, develop close, professional relationships with clients and vendors, and handle a large volume of international routings, this initial training is vital.

For the longer term, be a part of a strong management team guiding the company’s future. With the assistance of your Air Travel Assistant Manager, your responsibility would be to develop the Air Department with depth and a connection to our other global offices.   You would communicate with clients, not working their business, but would develop your staff in their work with our clientele. Besides developing your staff, you would plan and implement progressive changes and improvements for our growing global business.

More detailed information will be explained/provided in a phone and/or personal interview. For an experienced manager, this synopsis should present the general role and experience needed.
