Our client is looking for an agent, who is proficiently experienced with Amadeus, to move into a quality control help desk position.
* Ambitious, creative individual desiring to be considered the escalation point/source for a variety of topics such as ticketing, debit memos, etc.
* Ability to devise innovative resolutions for unusual issues as they arise.
* Skillful in fielding numerous questions around Amadeus.
* Ticketing experience
* Ability to assist with debit memos.
* Talented in using unique knowledge to help others improve their skills and service capabilities.
