Job Description

The Business Process Specialist is responsible for all functions required to implement, support, and improve Agent facing processes and will be subject matter expert and main point of contact for the ClientBase CRM tool.  The ideal candidate will address pain points by leveraging existing functionality and identify opportunities for improvement. 



  • Communicate and collaborate with Independent Contractors (ICs), Training, Technology, Operations, IT, and Finance regarding process/system/data issues
  • Facilitate and oversee IC onboarding process, evaluate IC progress and advise when necessary
  • Oversee all aspects of ClientBase CRM launch and implementation; manage and maintain participation and adoption for all the company’s offices
  • Maintain trusted communication channel across internal departments; define, document and implement process, application, and operational improvements
  • Research, troubleshoot and escalate reported issues to internal support teams, and follow up as needed
  • Collaborate with Company resources and business units to report and resolve issues for products and programs including "bug" fixes
  • Perform Quality Assurance and End User Testing for all programs and special projects to ensure product releases are error-free


  • Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Marketing, or equivalent
  • Travel Agency experience required
  • CRM Technology experience, (i.e. ClientBase required)
  • Sabre GDS knowledge highly recommended
  • Experience working with commission tracking, and back-end finance systems is a plus
  • Data analytics and management
  • Ability to think ahead, anticipate problems and risks, multi-task, and adjust to shifting priorities
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills; the ideal candidate will be able to interact at all levels, up to and including executive level within the organization
  • Ability to work independently, follow through and complete tasks with minimum oversight
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and must be a team player
  • Some travel is required
