Navigator Aviation and Tourism Management have been contracted by Ukraine International Airlines to manage their USA contact center. Ideally we are looking for full time, but we also can entertain part time positions. Agents can opt to be home based or possibly work out of the Manhattan office. Positions will start early May 2018.
We are looking for agents who have airline and or travel agency experience and whom are using or have used the Amadeus system.
Candidates who can speak Ukrainian and or Russian will have a distinct advantage, as well as a good command of English.
Agents will need to have a thorough knowledge of the Amadeus system and be fully conversant in e-ticketing and should be able to issue and re-issue electronic tickets and should be conversant on pricing. Full training will be given on Ukraine products and policies.
Full time staff will be offered a full benefits package including paid vacation starting at 15 days per annum and can opt to join the company Health Insurance scheme which the company pays the majority of the premiums.
