Reservation/Customer Service Representative – Limousine Company

 Provide friendly and excellent client service experiences to all clients

Enter reservations quickly and accurately

Upsell full Company’s suite of services

Answer phones promptly

Process and Monitor emails

This role includes, but not limited to, everything listed in this job description. Expectations and responsibilities may be added as business requirements change & evolve.

Accurate typing - minimum of 40 wpm

Proficient knowledge of computer and MS office applications

Excellent telephone skills

Excellent customer service skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure

 1-3 years customer service skills strongly preferred

High School diploma or equivalent required

1-3 years’ experience in an office setting strongly preferred

PREVIOUS TRAVEL INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE IS HIGHLY DESIRABLE
