Answer phones promptly
Process and Monitor emails

Accurate typing - minimum of 40 wpm
Proficient knowledge of computer and MS office applications
Excellent telephone skills
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to remain calm under pressure
1-3 years customer service skills strongly preferred
High School diploma or equivalent required
1-3 years’ experience in an office setting strongly preferred
