Job Description

Enterprise Events Group is looking for a VIP Leisure Travel Agent to join our team. As a VIP Leisure Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and high touch experiences to our most valued customers. This position requires an individual who possesses not only exceptional interpersonal abilities but also the ability to work independently and well versed in both domestic and international travel/destinations. An intense focus on customer service is required to successfully perform this job, as well as consistently maintaining a high level of urgency, professionalism, and skill in communicating with others.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide full-service leisure travel assistance for customers to include but not limited to air travel, hotel, resort, cruise, tours, sightseeing, car rental, etc.
  • Manage entire travel experience for customers from initial request through departure and follow-up post travel
  • Domestic and International FIT’s
  • Check availability, process all bookings and tickets using Sabre
  • Experience in booking domestic and international fares
  • Destination research and recommendations based upon customer requests
  • Support travel visa process as needed
  • Gain knowledge of and maintain current partner network
  • Ability to multi-task across multiple requests and last minute changes
  • Stay on top of trends through ongoing learning on destinations, products and services through webinars and contact with sales representatives
  • Maintain VIP profiles and records in online database

REQUIREMENTS

  • Travel experience (5+ years) and international travel experience
  • Experience in managing travel for high-end clientele/VIPs is preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or related education/certification/training is preferred
  • Sabre or other GDS experience booking and ticketing
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Excellent knowledge of tours and cruises worldwide
  • Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with customers, co-founders, managers and co-workers both verbally and in writing
  • Create a positive experience within each interaction opportunity
  • Ability to work well independently, under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with customer is essential
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment with maintaining high quality results
  • Excellent attention to details and strong organizational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Experience in Salesforce.com or comparable database is a plus
