Job Description

Position Summary: 

Grand Circle is looking for experienced Travel Specialists who have a passion for travel and delivering an excellent customer experience. In this inbound call center role, you will work with our customers to provide them with customized travel itineraries based on their personal preferences for helping to sell Grand Circle’s vacations to all over the world. You will work individually and as part of a team to provide our travelers with an authentic experience from the moment they call to book a tour, through the process of personalizing their air routing.

 

We’re looking for dynamic, high performing service-minded individuals with experience personalizing air reservations, providing excellent service, and have a passion for travel and tourism industry. Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an excellent experience to our travelers to drive customer loyalty and referrals
  • Personalize air reservations at point of sale using RightRez and Amadeus systems
  • Meet and exceed individual sales and quality goals while selling Grand Circle products and services
  • Communicate all required information to our travelers, including the details of our products and policies
  • Drive to individually compete while still being a positive team player

 

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Any GDS (Amadeus, Sabre, Worldspan, Apollo, etc.) system experience
  • Airline customization or air routing experience
  • Strong track record of providing excellent customer experiences, and building lasting customer relationships
  • Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results
  • Technically savvy with experience navigating multiple computer systems
  • Ability to work various shifts (including one weekend day)
  • International travel/work experience preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
