Enterprise Events Group is looking for a VIP Leisure Travel Agent to join our team. As a VIP Leisure Travel Agent, you will be responsible for providing exceptional and high touch experiences to our most valued customers. This position requires an individual who possesses not only exceptional interpersonal abilities but also the ability to work independently and well versed in both domestic and international travel/destinations. An intense focus on customer service is required to successfully perform this job, as well as consistently maintaining a high level of urgency, professionalism, and skill in communicating with others. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide full-service leisure travel assistance for customers to include but not limited to air travel, hotel, resort, cruise, tours, sightseeing, car rental, etc. Manage entire travel experience for customers from initial request through departure and follow-up post travel Domestic and International FIT’s Check availability, process all bookings and tickets using Sabre Experience in booking domestic and international fares Destination research and recommendations based upon customer requests Support travel visa process as needed Gain knowledge of and maintain current partner network Ability to multi-task across multiple requests and last minute changes Stay on top of trends through ongoing learning on destinations, products and services through webinars and contact with sales representatives Maintain VIP profiles and records in online database REQUIREMENTS Travel experience (5+ years) and international travel experience Experience in managing travel for high-end clientele/VIPs is preferred Bachelor’s degree or related education/certification/training is preferred Sabre or other GDS experience booking and ticketing Strong customer service skills Excellent knowledge of tours and cruises worldwide Ability to communicate clearly, confidently and professionally with customers, co-founders, managers and co-workers both verbally and in writing Create a positive experience within each interaction opportunity Ability to work well independently, under pressure and effectively multi-task while maintaining professional rapport with customer is essential Ability to work in a fast paced environment with maintaining high quality results Excellent attention to details and strong organizational skills, as well as excellent problem-solving skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Experience in Salesforce.com or comparable database is a plus Please include a cover letter with your resume along with a detailed travel history and a custom itinerary you have   produced in the last year .

Job Summary The responsibility of the Air QC is to coordinate all functions of Final Ticket QC, including monitoring ticket queues and Final Confirm process of all programs with an air component, while maintaining the highest level of internal and external customer service. The Air QC Agent reports to the Air Manager for all of the Duties and Responsibilities listed below. The Air QC Agent is responsible for managing the Final Ticket QC process while coordinating with the different Air Project Managers all aspects of Final Ticket QC on specified projects, in addition to coordinate all aspects of Final Confirms while interfacing with the Reg and Ops Program Mangers. This position is in charge of a number of critical functions including: Coordinate Ticket QC with Air Project Managers, coordinate Final Confirms with Registration and ensuring all information is obtained at that point and participate in all Final Confirm Coordination Meetings. Among these duties, the Air QC Agent will also be responsible to support Air Projects or  other EEG projects on a need-by-need basis as assigned by Air Manager. Responsibilities Include: · Quality control of group bookings to include individual event parameters. · Verifying correctness of travel arrangements including ticketing, Phase IVs, ticket exchanges/changes, hotel nights, and fares. · Communicate issues to booking agent for correction, as needed. · Other duties as assigned. Requirements: · We require our travel consultants have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the travel industry booking business travel both domestically and internationally · Experience with ticketing, changes and exchanges and complex multi-segment international and domestic fares. · Sabre experience is required. · Candidates should possess decisive and successful problem solving skills, be detail-oriented and have effective verbal communication skills.
