Marketing Assistant (part- or full time), Well Known Travel Company Responsibilities Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and the coordination of the department’s activities Support marketing & sales executives in organizing and delivering on various projects. Assist in the organizing of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend to them to facilitate their success Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.), conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires Update business & project spreadsheets, customer databases and product features with statistical, contact, descriptive, financial and other information Prepare & deliver promo presentations, either as ad, flyer, web or other format Write & optimize marketing literature (web, brochures, press releases, e-mails etc…) to augment the company’s presence in the market. Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts Communicate directly with clients and encourage trusting relationships Manage all other tasks and challenges as required by the business Requirements Proven experience as a marketing assistant ( min. 1 year) Good understanding of office management and marketing principles Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords etc.) Exquisite communication and people skills High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or Travel Industry experience is a strong advantage

Product Manager, Well recognized Travel Company The Product Manager focuses on increasing the profitability of existing travel products and programs, to developing new travel products & programs for the company. You will build products from existing ideas, and help to develop new ideas based on your travel industry experience and your contact with customers and prospects. You possess a unique blend of travel business savvy, a big-picture vision, and the drive to make a product vision a reality. You must be able to communicate with all areas of the company. You will work with business & suppliers to define the product, with marketing to define the go-to-market strategy, helping all company teams and divisions understand the (new or existing) product positioning, key benefits, and target channel(s) or customer(s). You will also serve as the internal and external evangelist for your product offering, occasionally working with the sales channel and key customers. You should have a good knowledge of European, Asia/Pacific and US/North Amercia Domestic Travel Markets & Products.
